Jude and Max moved into their first home together earlier this summer and have since been hard at work renovating their new space. The home they chose needed a lot of work, which was perfect since the pair are very handy and wanted to create a home that is entirely unique. After several months of non-stop renovations, the pair are now planning a housewarming party to show off their work. For the party, Hog Roast Brooke has been hired to provide a delicious hog roast, which will be perfect for the 40 guests to enjoy in the garden. Our menu is sure to be a great addition to this event and will be a great way to keep the guests satisfied throughout the evening.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Brooke team arrived at the home in the afternoon and set up our catering station in the garden. We began by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it was cooked to perfection, alongside succulent pork sausages and veggie sausages. The main dishes were each served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, crispy crackling, fresh chips, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Overall, our menu was a great addition to the evening and was perfect for enjoying alongside a tour of the new house.
