With New Year feeling only like a few days ago, somehow it is already February. At Hog Roast Empingham we spent the first month of 2024 very busy with lots of incredible events all around Empingham. All that work ends up being a blur straight away, especially when you are rolling from on brilliant event to the next in quick succession, but we made out to February already with a taste of much more to come in the rest of the year.
After a bit of rest from the festive period, the Hog Roast Empingham came flying back out the gate with plenty of renewed energy and enthusiasm to cook up some brilliant roasts for our customer. Despite being a blustery month with high-winds, numerous storms, and freezing cold temperatures at times, Hog Roast Empingham had a wonderful January with our roasts helping to ease some of those more stormy nights outside of events. February shows no signs of slowing down on the weather front quite yet, but for us that just means all the more reason to bring some calm and warm comfort to events with our delicious, comforting roasts filled with plenty of heat and fresh brilliance. It’s not quite time to be looking at ahead to the outdoor barbecues and platter lunches just yet, but for now we at Hog Roast Empingham are quite happy to keep the cosy winter comforts going with our speciality roast dining.
