In preparation for the summer term, Hog Roast Pickworth has been contacted by a local primary school to provide catering for its upcoming summer fair. This is an annual event hosted by the school as a way to unwind at the end of the school year and have some fun with teachers and pupils. The fair includes fun activities such as face painting and temporary tattoos, classic fairground games such as hook a duck, and a variety of food options. This year, Hog Roast Pickworth has been hired to provide our gourmet BBQ menu for the occasion as it is perfect for enjoying on a summer’s day and includes a wide variety of dishes for everyone to enjoy.
In preparation for this menu, we will prepare to serve a wide variety of mains, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs.
