Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Eric on his business seminar. Eric wanted to elevate his conference for 175 attendees and asked Hog Roast Ryhall to provide a spread that would wow his guests and enhance his brand’s profile. Choosing from our corporate catering plans, he opted for our Alfresco Menu, and the results were better than he could have hoped for.

The main feature of this menu was, of course, the hog roast. Cooked fresh on-site, the pork was juicy and bursting with flavour, with crackling so perfectly crisp guests were in hog heaven. Accompanied by our homemade stuffing and applesauce, every bite was a harmonious blend of flavours. To complement the main event, we served vibrant salads and buttered new potatoes and, for our vegetarian and vegan guests, we had grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, adding variety to the menu.

Elevating the experience, we included charcuterie boards adorned with the finest Italian meats and cheeses, olives, and artisan breads. These bamboo platters, placed at the centre of each dining table, allowed guests to graze and savour rich Mediterranean flavours throughout the conference.
