Bank holiday weekends are great and all…when you get them off. Of course, not every job is able to adhere to the bank holidays. NHS workers, the hospitality industry, catering, even many private companies may not adhere to it either.
That can make that Friday or that Monday over a bank holiday weekend that much tougher, especially when you are seeing friends and family off work and out enjoying the extra time off work.
