One of the best parts of our job as a caterer is that we get to work with many different people each and every day. Your job as a caterer is not only to cook and serve the food to an event, but it is to also give the guests of your event a good overall experience. We love working personally with our customers to bring their event dining dreams to life, and part of that is then to speak to them afterwards to find out how they feel we managed our task. It pays for us to take in feedback regardless of how the event went, as it allows us to see where our strengths are, or where we may in fact be lacking and need to step up a little more. Fortunately, with 20 years of experience behind us, the feedback that comes in is generally very enthusiastic. It is always a privilege for our catering managers to be able to come back to the customer and be met with a delighted response.
