Since moving in over winter, Lily has been hard at work renovating and decorating the house and hasn’t let any of her friends and family check on the progress. Instead, she has planned a housewarming party to take place this spring once everything is finally complete! Hog Roast Market Overton has been hired to cater for the event with our delicious slow-roast menu, which is sure to go down a treat at the party.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Market Overton team will arrive at Lily’s home in the morning and set up our catering station in the back garden. We will begin our prep by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook to perfection for around five hours. Once ready, the pork will be carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and a fresh green leaf salad. Overall, this menu is sure to go down a treat since it has a good selection of dishes to choose from, allowing everyone to enjoy a tasty buffet lunch.
