Hog Roast Catering
What types of venues do you cater at?
We cater indoor and outdoor weddings at both residential locations and commercial venues. We can adapt to casual, themed and formal settings. In the past we have catered in fields, beaches and balconies, so no venue is out of our reach.
There is no kitchen where my event is being held. Are you still able to cater it?
Yes, of course we can! Here at Spitting Pig Rutland we are fully self-sufficient and can cook the food on-site. If you let us know where your event is being held when you give us your event details, so we can address the logistics and any possible issues
Do you cater for special events?
We do. If you’re planning a corporate event, wedding, birthday or any party function and need assistance from start to finish, then look no further. We’re here to make your job easier and save you time.
Can I order something that isn’t on any of your menu options?
Yes, Spitting Pig Rutland are more than happy to prepare and cook any food that you or your guests may require even it’s not on our menus, all our menus can become fully bespoke by removing or adding items.
How long is your food service?
Hours of food service vary depending on the menu and type of event. Our Spitting Pig Rutland team will discuss with you the service hours of your specific event over the phone or via email.
Can you cater at the last-minute?
We understand that you may not always be given ample notice of imminent events that require catering. Where possible, we will be more than happy to oblige last minute orders. Simply give our friendly team a call and we can discuss you event.
Can you cater for any special dietary requirements?
Spitting Pig Rutland pride ourselves on looking after our clients and their guests with dietary requirements and we always make sure they have equal and interesting meals, the same as everyone else, we just ask for a bit of notice so we can prepare.
I would like a quote, how do I go about getting one?
You can either send us an email, leave your details on our contact form found on the website or give one of our friendly team members a call. The only details we ask for are your event location, event date, number of guests attending and email address so we can send you a quote via attachment.
Can you supply staff?
Yes we can. Please let us know when enquiring that you are wanting staff to serve food or drinks at your event. Our staff are highly trained and are ready to help you to make your day extra special.
Some of my guests don’t eat pork, do you offer alternatives?
Even though we are renowned for our hog roasts, we can also supply any other meat for your event including beef, chicken, fish, veal and more! Just ask our friendly team when you contact and we’ll create the perfect menu for not only you but for your guests.
